Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or booking a consultation with RAW Performance & Wellness ("RAW," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
Educational, Non-Clinical Services
RAW provides educational, non-clinical wellness consultations and content. RAW is an independent marketing partner and does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or provide medical care. Nothing on this website or discussed in a consultation is medical advice, and no provider-patient relationship is created by using this website or booking a consultation.
The $45 Virtual Wellness Consultation
The $45 consultation is a 30-minute, virtual conversation. It is scheduled through Calendly and paid for at the time of booking. It does not include a medical exam, diagnosis, prescription, or guaranteed outcome of any kind.
Products & Clinical Review
If you choose to explore eligible products, clinical review, eligibility determination, and any purchase decision are handled separately through an independent licensed clinical process. RAW does not control, and is not responsible for, that independent clinical process, its eligibility decisions, its pricing, or its fulfillment.
Ongoing Membership
Ongoing membership supports continued participation, monthly wellness check-ins, and ongoing access to the affiliated product-purchase pathway after an initial eligible purchase. Membership includes:
- Your $45 consultation fee is credited toward your first month of membership if you complete an initial eligible purchase
- A first membership month of $54, beginning on the date of your initial eligible purchase, after your consultation credit is applied
- A recurring fee of $99 per month beginning in month two, while you choose to continue participating
- One virtual wellness check-in per month
- General email support between check-ins
You may cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Ending membership ends ongoing RAW Performance & Wellness support and access to the affiliated ongoing purchase pathway. Membership provides non-clinical wellness support. It does not include medical diagnosis, prescriptions, medical supervision, guaranteed outcomes, or a specific email response time. Any clinical review, eligibility determination, and purchase decision are handled separately through an independent licensed clinical process.
No Guarantees
RAW makes no guarantees regarding results, outcomes, or the availability, approval, or continuation of any product, program, or membership.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAW is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
