Consultation payments are processed by our third-party scheduling partner (currently Calendly), and any product purchases are processed through a separate, independent licensed clinical process. Each of those parties has its own privacy practices.

- Prepare for your educational consultation and, if you ask us to, pass your information along to a separate, independent licensed clinical process

Assessment and form submissions are delivered to our team through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service. If you choose to explore eligible products or move forward with clinical review, your information may be shared with an independent licensed clinical partner as part of that separate process. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain submitted information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
